Matt leads execution on a wide range of transactions and advisory services including ESOPs, Debt Capital Markets, M&A, and strategic alternatives consulting across a range of industries.

Professional experience

Prior to joining Verit, Matt worked at Bank of America for 18 years. Most recently he was a Market Executive in Business Banking where he led a team of bankers. Previously he was a Senior Relationship Manager and ESOP Advisor within Global Commercial Banking focused on traditional banking, capital raising and advisory services. He has advised private, public and employee-owned companies for more than two decades. Matt has a strong corporate finance, capital markets and accounting acumen with a strong track record of prospecting new business, enhancing relationships and closing transactions.

Bachelor of Science in Business with major in Accounting from the University of Kansas; Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Missouri Kansas City; member of FINRA: Series 7 and 63.
