Carter supports senior team members in the execution of a wide range of transactions, restructuring, and advisory services including M&A, ESOPs, and strategic alternatives consulting across various industries. Carter aids in functions such as valuation analysis, financial modeling, transaction alternatives, market research and business development.

Professional experience

Prior to joining Verit, Carter interned at Prairie Capital Advisors, a boutique investment bank, where he worked on a variety of mergers & acquisitions transactions. Before that, Carter interned as a summer analyst at BPOC, a Chicago-based private equity firm, to which he was exposed to and worked on active deals within the healthcare space.
