Peter Abrahamson, Verit Advisors Technical Director, will co-present with Patrick DeCraene on ESOP Internal Loan Stretch-Out Transactions. Kristin Ackerman, Verit Senior Associate, and Patrick Kane, Verit Associate, with be part of a panel speaking on How Can We Engage and Motivate Young Talent in ESOP Companies?

Peter Abrahamson has more than 15 years of valuation and investment banking experience, specializing in the valuation of business enterprises and individual securities, structuring ESOP transactions, and executing public and private market capital raises.

Kristin Ackerman is a founding member and Senior Associate of Verit Advisors LLC. Ms. Ackerman focuses her time on production, specifically financial modeling, pitch materials, offering memoranda, management presentations, and firm administration.

Patrick Kane focuses his time on valuation, financial modeling, company and industry research, and various pitch materials for a wide range of clients.
