Mary Josephs and Rob Ruszkowski of Verit Advisors® will both present at the ESOP Conference & Trade Show in Las Vegas on November 9 and 10, 2017. This is the largest ESOP conference held.

Rob Ruszkowski, Principal at Verit Advisors, will participate on a panel Thursday, November 9 on “Interdisciplinary Panel on Current ESOP Events.” The panel will answer questions on topics including ESOP administration, finance, legal issues, fiduciary concerns, valuation and ownership culture.

Ruszkowski has a deep and diverse background in finance and investment banking. He leads strategy and execution on a wide range of transactions, restructuring, and advisory services including M&A, ESOPs, and strategic alternatives consulting. Ruszkowski joined Verit Advisors in 2011 and has a particular proficiency in sell-side M&A as well as ESOP transactions involving a diverse set of middle market companies. Ruszkowski also possesses substantial technical and analytical know-how following a distinguished career in chemical engineering.

Mary Josephs, Founder and CEO, is part of a panel on Friday, November 10 discussing “Negotiating Protections for the ESOP (or seller) Related to Subsequent Events.”  Joining Ms. Josephs on the panel is Barry Goodman, Advanced Valuation Analytics and Jamie Zveitel Kwiatek from Polsinelli.
