Verit Advisors Promotes Rob Ruszkowski
Verit Advisors has promoted Rob Ruszkowski to Principal from Vice President effective immediately. Verit Advisors is a Chicago based boutique investment firm with middle market investment banking capabilities with a client centric focus. Verit’s expertise includes ESOPs, debt and equity capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, transaction opinions and valuation services and board advisory expertise.

Ruszkowski joined Verit Advisors in 2011 and has a particular proficiency in sell-side M&A as well as ESOP transactions involving a diverse set of middle market companies. Ruszkowski also possesses substantial technical and analytical know-how following a distinguished career in chemical engineering. Prior to his experience at Verit Advisors, Ruszkowski was a chemical engineer at ESOP-owned S&C Electric Company in Chicago. Ruszkowski began his investment banking career at Blaige & Company. Ruszkowski recently wrote an article on “The Tender Offer Process” in an NCEO brief titled Innovative ESOP Transaction Structures. He is also a frequent speaker at industry conferences. Ruszkowski’s engineering and technical background has been instrumental in the development and success of his investment banking activities.
