Mitch supports senior team members through a variety of functions, including financial analysis and modeling of valuation and transaction alternatives, evaluating business operations, ownership capital structure and competitive landscape, developing presentations for use in client meetings, conducting industry, market, and competitive research, and assisting with business development and origination opportunities.

PRIOR EXPERIENCE:

Prior to Verit, Mitch was a compliance specialist for SMS Assist L.L.C in Chicago, Illinois, working as an aide with senior Legal Department staff in the performance of any contractual edits and negotiations.
