Rob leads execution on a wide range of transactions, restructuring, and advisory services including M&A, ESOPs, and strategic alternatives consulting.
Rob brings along significant professional experience and technical expertise in sell-side M&A transactions involving a diverse set of middle-market companies. He also possesses substantial technical and analytical know-how in chemical process engineering.
He began his investment banking career at Blaige & Company, where he completed more than $200 million of acquisitions, divestitures, and mergers involving a wide variety of corporate entities including private equity firms, publicly traded corporations, and privately held enterprises.
Rob has experience with the entire sell-side process including the composition of compelling confidential information memoranda, management coaching, detailed analyses of offers and letters of intent, negotiation of various legal documents, and modeling of complex transaction scenarios.
Additionally, he has completed multiple buy-side assignments for private and private equity-held companies and led the execution effort for several M&A transactions.
Prior to Blaige & Company, Rob was a chemical engineer at ESOP-owned S&C Electric Company in Chicago and was responsible for a wide range of duties including capital project justification and implementation.
