Jim was with Harris Bank/ Bank of Montreal for 16 years, both in the suburbs and in downtown Chicago. He was a relationship manager, providing comprehensive capital markets services to middle market and large corporate firms on a domestic and international basis. Jim’s last 10 years with BMO were spent in the firm’s Engineering & Construction group.
In 2005, Jim moved to Houlihan Lokey, a publicly-traded global investment bank. There he focused on providing M&A and capital raising services to engineering, construction and industrial services firms, both in the middle market and large corporate segments, in the U.S. and internationally.
Jim left Houlihan Lokey in June 2017 to form Alpine Lake Capital Partners. Alpine Lake has raised equity capital to acquire mid-market firms in the utilities and industrial services sectors.
