These Terms of Use apply to the Verit Advisors, LLC website located at www.verit.com, and all associated sites (including download sites) that are hosted by or maintained by Verit Advisors, LLC. BY USING THE SITES, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SITES.

Verit and Verit Advisors names and logos are trademarks and service marks owned and used by Verit Advisors. All other trademarks and service marks you may see on our website or e-mail communications are the property of their respective owners. You are not authorized to use any Verit or Verit Advisors name, logo, service name, design mark or slogan without the prior written consent of Verit Advisors. The linked sites are not under the control of Verit Advisors, and Verit Advisors is not responsible for the content of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site. Verit Advisors reserves the right to terminate any link or linking program at any time. Governing Law

You agree that all matters relating to your access to or use of the Sites, including all disputes, will be governed by the laws of the United States and by the laws of the State of Illinois without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions. You agree to the personal jurisdiction by and venue in the state and federal courts in Cook County, Illinois, and waive any objection to such jurisdiction and/or venue.
